Overview
Arjan is a new mixed-use freehold community within the Dubailand development, which was launched in 2006 by Dubai Properties Group covering an area of 9,6 million sq. ft.
The district is mostly made up of residential complexes, commercial buildings, and retail developments.
The region is well-known for hosting two of Dubai's most renowned parks: Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden, and a range of facilities such as public parking, schools, pharmacy, walking paths, and fitness centers.
